Nobu Rooftop Chicago Rating
The Nobu Rooftop brings a welcomed peaceful and trendy oasis to an ever bustling neighborhood laden with bars and restaurants. As you step off the elevator you are immediately submersed into modern rooftop layered with decor of trendy, modern elegance. The lightening at night sets a subtle tone while letting the city skyline do the talking and illumination. In short the buildout is really well done and the designers have accomplished a subtle sheik level of ambiance that leaves you feeling confident, sexy and relaxed. The food was great, however nothing was a menu differentiator amongst the Nobu portfolio. If you haven’t been to a Nobu, love Nobu or just love good food then the Nobu Rooftop is an excellent place for cocktail after work, business meals, a milestone date with your significant other. Not to leave it unsaid that all of this will come at a price as it’s more on the high end of the budget spectrum so for many folks this is a milestone experience versus a daily occurrence.
My vote is no matter your budget position a Nobu experience is 100% worth it especially at this new addition to the West Loop/Meat packing district. So grab your favorite outfit and prepare to be make memories in a setting that has unmatched skyline views that pair nicely with world class Nobu cuisine!
