Lavo Restaurant, Palazzo Las Vegas
This Italian restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Brought to you by the same group as Tao, this restaurant group has shown that they are no flash in the pan as this place is spot on with fantastic ambiance, a killer scene, and impeccable service. I have experienced this establishment with a large client group, intimate gathering with friends, one on one with my father and a night on the town with my beautiful wife. If you are doing business this is a great place to do it as you have enough space to negotiate, discuss and at the same time be in an atmosphere that shows your guests you are the right person to partner with.
Highlights:
- A can’t miss item on the menu to share or enjoy by yourself is a Kobe meatball covered with marinara & ricotta cheese delivered in a cast iron small skillet. I repeat if you are a meat eater don’t even hesitate!
- From homemade pastas, fish, chops and steaks there is something on the menu for all palates.
- Lounge and Bar scene is incredible people watching

- Build in enough time to have a cocktail in the lounge area beforehand to soak in the atmosphere
- If the weather is good reserve an outdoor table as the terrace over looks the strip
