From the moment you enter the row of bathtubs leading to the hostess stand to check in your anticipation builds as you realize this is going to be a sensational night. The décor and ambience is enough together to warrant a night dining here but it only gets better as the Staff/Service is on point and the food is sensational. Tao is always on my list when I am in Vegas for work, with friends or my significant other.
Highlights:
- Yellow fin tuna sashimi in ponzu sauce with jalapeño is excellent
- The tuna on crispy rice is a great appetizer to share with the table
- A bottle of Wandering poet sake is great to kick the night off right
Insider Tip:
Here are my two insider tips which are the following:
- Build in enough time to have a cocktail in the lounge area beforehand to soak in the atmosphere
- If the club happens to be open on the evening you are dining is to be sure to ask the server for a stamp that lets you walk right in with no line and no cover like the VIP that you are! Keep this Vegas insider tip to yourself as we don’t want everyone to know! Even if you aren’t a nightclub frequent guest it’s always an experience to check out one the Las Vegas strip’s hottest clubs.
