Prime is hands down one of my absolute favorite culinary experiences that I have had in Las Vegas.  If you are looking to treat yourself, close a deal, celebrate a win/promotion or just flat out have a fantastic dining experience go no further than Prime which is located in the Bellagio property.  As you ride the escalators down to the entrance your anticipation will build as you perhaps catch the Bellagio Fountains going off as you turn right into the entrance.  The lighting, décor, service are all great but will likely be overshadowed if you slip the host a $20 or $50 to secure a table in front of the windows looking out to the world renowned Bellagio Fountains made famous by the movie Oceans 11.  From mouthwatering steaks to fresh seafood your decision on what to have will be your only problem so do what I do, order the seafood tower to start then hit a main course of filet mignon with a couple of sides.

• Seafood tower – fantastic array of items to share and make a statement
• Wine list and the sommelier are both fantastic (two great sommeliers, Jason Quinn and John Burke)
• Karina Rizo – General Manager, very talented and runs a tight ship with an end product that is truly a culinary experience

Insider Tip:

Here are my two insider tips which are the following:

• Have a discussion with the host or make a recommendation in advance to secure a table by the windows to have a view of the Bellagio Fountains. ($20 or $50 to the host never hurts to show your upfront gratitude)
• Early reservations are recommended if you plan on hitting the town. This is a non-rushed dining experience so plan enough time to take it all in.
